Helllllo friends! I have just begun a new project/ (possible lifestyle change) in which I spend only $1 per day on food. Essentially, it breaks down to spending $30 per month on food, rather than exactly $1 per day. What exactly is the paleo diet? I know someone on my feed recently posted about it, but I cant find exactly who it was!!!!!!!!! I’ve been Vegan for 12 years and have recently been cutting out processed foods (aka, fake meats, etc)…I’ve mostly been eating quinoa, all sorts of beans, potatoes, yams, cabbage, spinach, broccoli, kale etc. Is this considered paleo? I guess I could just google it, but I was wondering if, something has to be cooked, is it paleo? And Does a paleo diet consist of a lot of meat?
